A guy at work has just come back from this and reckons it was a good weekend.

Sounds good to me Steve. Something a little different. I'm not really a "Folkie" but there should be something there for everyone, even if it's just Chumbawamba's "Tubthumper" (quite apt eh?) One for the diary methinks but we might have to get some numbers fast in order to make a booking at Conder Farm, so count me in if there's enough interest from others.

I'm not either, but I thought a day spent potching around listening to different groups would be different.

Seems Like a good weekend to book, but we will have to make our minds up fairly quickly as I suspect people book for next year as they leave this years event.

Been there done it, if you are serious I would approach Wendy as she has the field next door to the farm which I'm sure we could get but the place gets very full, don't expect to bring a big tent! You see some very peculiar people there but always very friendly. The field down near the river is where they have the main marquee and trade stands etc. You have to bring your own bells though and a mug to hang on your belt!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! :o
If I'm not working I'll be away on my bike camping!

Sounds like plan to me,  you mentioned you might be organising a meet in Dent later in the year, so are you likely to be going up to the farm to see them ?

Steve, having re-read this I'm not sure were we left this, are you planning to have a word with them, this would make sense as they know you well, or shall I give them all call ?

I think I could be intrested in giving this a go. It would be something completely new to me but if we could get local camping could be an interesting time.
