Stick a decent pair of tyres on it, make the mudguards effective and I would agree with you.  ;D

That does look very tasty, agree with Bill re tyres and mudguards. I much prefer the "filled" look of the frame rather than the open style of so many. As someone once said "you shouldn't be able to spit through a bike".
