I've seen reference to two models of SRX 600: 'H' and 'N'. What do those letters mean? I've searched Google and can't find any indication.
Tayna batteries maybe the source of this apparent "red herring"?

Bikeswiki_dot_com_SRX600_spec that nicely sets out the different specifications of the SRX600 models, without any reference to "H" or "N" models.
However, the increase in wheelbase length, trail and tyre size does, in my opinion, make a difference to the cornering ability of the two designs, twin-shock and mono-shock. There is also a weight difference between the two designs that is not mentioned in the 'Bikeswiki' specifications; the twin shock being the lighter of the two. Both can be "twitchy" on longitudinally "grooved" tarmac surfaces and I have had lock to lock events, where the tarmac road surface has been squeezed into longitudinal ridges in the hot weather with the mono-shock!

I prefer the twin-shock for its "lighter" feel in handling, when compared to that of the mono-shock. But, the mono-shock does deliver a more compliant ride.
