Clocks Issue
« on: October 31, 2021, 08:55:50 AM »
Anyone know how easy it would be to swap the needles on my RS250 clocks please?

The damping has gone on the 2nd set I fitted and I have a spare set with no needles to indicate speed and rpm.

The speedo needle on mine had disintegrated!

I got one of those Fluorescent markers and 'crafted' one. The unit comes apart quite easily, I just used a bit of superglue to attach the needle and hey presto, looks very similar to the original.

Happy days ;D
If I'm not working I'll be away on my bike camping!

Thanks Steve.

Yes they do come apart very easily. I was amazed last time I did it how easily.

I wouldn't be confident in my ability of crafting anything!

I do have the needles off my existing clocks though.
