Mystery pannier mounts...I think!! Tower Products, made in St Annes Lancs. i have 4 of them in varying condition, but all with these brackets. May be NOS looking at fasteners, but have been badly stored.
Anyone know any more? Wonder whether to sell, or keep for a time when I need to make a rack, engine bars, etc.
