just re-read the article... XBR was owned by a guy named Mark Cross ... not sure if he's a TC member

Thanks SteveL, I've got a copy of that test thanks, nice bike.

& Bill thanks I was thinking out loud after a few beers on the whole super & turbo thing. I'm sure I heard that Over did a 700cc Srx track bike I'd imagine most of the engine was custom made/ re engineered

Copy arrived this morning - impressive and an interesting read with credits to this site. The enduring thought it left me with is what a beautiful SRX you have, Steve.  :)

thanks for that, she's been a good ol gal, still thumping well, gives me lots of pleasure... oh... sorry... are we talking about the bike  :D ,
for the first time in ages I actually have it on a SORN, as mot due... so must sort it out and get back on the road asap.

it seems to match my (limited) riding skills very well, that is to say i can pretty much handle it's performance/top speed/road holding etc, and the bike can pretty much deal with the way i throw it about and mishandle it... marriage made in heaven  :)
