SPRAG CLUTCH is the biggest issue for me as a weakling used to mainly Jap bikes with a reliable electric foot or de-compressor. The latter on the Electra X is also problematic, inasmuch as it doesn't work! They also leak oil being pre or partially pre unit. On mine the clutch was very heavy. On the plus side they are brilliant on fuel (100+ mpg ridden as the maker intended), sound like a proper Brit single, handle and brake pretty well and they are (or used to be good value). If you are used to old style Brit bikes and have a good kickstarting technique then you will be fine. If not i would recommend the early EFI as mine was great and for me much more preferable to the Electra X.
