Yes, I thought that myself....I couldn't make Ifor's funeral as we had my mother's on the same day, but we'll get over to Boyd's and give him a good send-off.

I'll never forget our trips to the Netherlands for the Mono Connection and to Northern Ireland for the Shepherd's Rest weekend. The "full moon over Llanberis" is etched into my memory.

So glad to see him in Wales this summer.

RIP Boyd. Great man, great friend.

Yep. Those photos bring back a lot of happy memories in the company of lovely genuine people. The whole way through Boyds send off today, I just had the image of his big round happy face in front of me. So it's only right that we all go back to the Red Lion next year to celebrate him, and Ifor, with great bikes, great beer, great food, and great company  :)
Namaste

So sad to hear. Just read it.

RIP Boyd... I have had the chance to meet you only once, at this years Wales meet. And this meeting showed me a great, kind  person with an enormous sense of humour about everything, even about his sickness, knowing that the end was nearby.

Happy i could meet you, even if only on one event. If i can make it to the Red Lion next year i will gladly join the toast on your memory!
