microfiche reader

Hello all
I am considering to buy a parts catalogue of my motorcycle on microfiche (paper catalogue not available) and my question is how do you read the microfiche without a machine.  I am not to interested in the diagrams just the part numbers. If someone has had some success or any ideas on how to read them, it would be appreciated.

You used to be able to get hand held readers which were basically just a jewelers loupe and a plastic carrier for the microfiche. You held it up to a light source and pulled the strip along to change pages. Something may still be available - try evil bay....

What bike is it? If it's an XBR I can send you a copy of the parts manual on CD.

Thank you for your reply and suggesting to look on evil bay for a microfiche reader.  I have had a butchers on evil bay and there are several readers on offer, some as big as a house.  I am going to buy a microfiche and then look for a reader.  My motorcycle is a Z200-A4 and after the A3 model the boffins at Kawasaki decided to remove the kick starter mechanism on the European model.  All of the part numbers that I can find on line are from North America A1-A2 models and one from Australia for the A4 model, which has the kick start.  I am going to start work on my engine and just wondering if there is any other peculiar oddity’s on this model.

Thank you for the offer of the parts manual on CD, if you could send a bike with the CD it would be appreciated, as mention to CrazyFrog I am looking for a parts manual for my little thumper, however an XBR would be nice to add to the collection.

I have SRX600 on fiche, and wanted to print it off. found the local library had fiche readers, and were hooked up to printers, worked tolerably well, however the printout was negative (i.e. black page with white text), I probably didn't pay enough to cover the black toner used :-).
