Daily digest subscription emails

Hi All,

When I get my daily digest emails from the forum, it seems like something is missing.  They always read like this: 

Below is a summary of all activity in your subscribed boards and topics at Thumper Club today. To unsubscribe please visit the link below.
http://www.thumperclub.com/smf/index.php?action=profile;area=notification;u=xxxx

As you can see, there's no sign of the reported activity.  Does anybody else have the same problem?

It would also be handy if the digest could contain a link to the home page.

Just above the board banner on the right hand side there is a Notify button, you need to click this for each board to want notifications from.

Yes, I realise this, and I have done just that on some threads.  Sometimes the daily digest includes notifications of changes to threads I am subscribed to.  For example, the digest i received on 18/4 included:

(this was to notify of your post in this thread on 17/4)

I suppose the question I was asking could be reworded as: 
Why do I get a daily digest when none of my subscribed threads have been changed?

There is a notify button for individual threads and boards. If you are receiving notifications for threads you have not subscribed for then I would guess that you have clicked the button at the board level rather than as the thread level.

This is not happenning.  I get two kinds of notification email: 

1) The notification tells me that "Below is a summary of all activity in your subscribed boards and topics....."
And then it lists the relevant boards / topics that have changed. 
This is great!   

2) The notification tells me that "Below is a summary of all activity in your subscribed boards and topics....."
And then it lists NO relevant boards / topics that have changed. 
This is weird!      It is telling me that nothing has changed in my subscribed boards / topics.  Is it meant to work like this - I have not seen this behaviour in any other forum which I use.
