Hi,
I use a renegade can, with (I think) the supplied link pipe. Mine is chopped down from a hi level link pipe, but that may be custom, as it was on the bike (trackbike) when I got it. Not compatable with the standard subframe (with pillion pegs) so I chopped it down and fitted a standard subframe.
Now I've gone back to a single seat, I should refit the chopped subframe and hi level pipe, but then I'd need a new link pipe!!
I have WP fork springs, 15w oil, and 160mm air chamber. Forks are still pretty crap, but maybe a bit better than stock.
I still have the crap Bilstein rear shock. Hagon for me when that one goes I would think.
Also I run the dogbones off the replica which raises her tail slightly and put more weight on the front.
Interesting Steff, I will get them when the shock needs changing. (May have them already, but not sure...)
My carbs have a dynojet kit fitted. Also, I use pod filters, and junked the airbox. Hi Compression piston, but its standard size. Minor fettle of the head by slipstream.
If you are looking for good reliable advice in the UK, slipstream tuning probably know more than anyone. They have developed the motor very well, and for most applications. Not all wallets tho!!
Cheers for now, let us know what you do,
a
