OH so you have a Series 3 then Jethro?
That I do ! 1982 88 CSW 2.25 Petrol. Bought it with 3rd-4th Synchro gone and a ripe chassis.
Now has a Galv. Richards Chassis.2.5 Cyl.head so that its unleaded S/S exhaust with 4 branch manifold and SU carb.Rebuilt box of course.
Eight years of owner ship the usual wear and tear....brakes,tyres etc..
And does get muddy on occasions.
Did have a Suzuki Jimny until recently.Written off in a Bump. Very nimble off road too.
Now have a 2002 Kia Sportage 2.0 petrol. More room for the use we are putting it too.Yet to try off road...but have the Landy for the rough stuff.
