I fail to see what it has to do with 2T riders. It seemed to me to have more to do with shortness than anything else. I didn't laugh  ???

Talking of Germans, I once lent a German friend my SR500 to visit a VMCC run, I explained about the cam indicator, but he was having none of it and said he knew how to start a four stroke, so off we went. Near Dorrinton we stopped for fuel, I waited for him at the exit..and waited..and waited, then walked back to find him laying over the bike muttering that there was something wrong with it. I said get off, then I kicked it over with the decompressor on to clear the cylinder a few times, back to TDC on the indicator, one kick and it started. He was so deflated he nearly cried.....then later on in the day he came up with the idea of putting a switch on the indicator to bring on a light to show the start position.....Germans.
Apologies to any Germans (SRX owners)reading this who can start a hot four stroke.
 Dave.
