so do i need to retake my theory and hazard ? common sense would tell me no as i been on the road for 17 years but knowing the money grabbing gov/dvla i will need to pay them to take test for things im already doing????

Bearing in mind the weather forecasts... wouldn't it be a smart move to flog all your road transport, and buy a houseboat???

i seem to remember someones list of vehicles including a 15ft with depth charges and a good sound system, just what you need after a (now late) apocalyptic flood!
