weather girls landrovers and gas stoves ?
« on: December 17, 2012, 01:38:09 AM »
so whats all this about weather girls landrovers and gas stoves ?
i have no preference on any weather girl as i dont watch the weather! (all weather biker) so cant comment on that (dose this make me an evil person?) as for landys i have had a bike since i can remember although anyone that knows me knows i have the memory retention of a dead goldfish this said i have a cloudy vague recollection from when i was about 6 and my dad built a bike from scaffold poles and a lawnmower no brakes (u think he was trying to tell me something?)  and have had only 2 wheeled machines til now but after 33 years i am investing in a pair of landys so thats a YES for me (the only 2 4 wheeled things that interest me are landys and American muscle)
and as for stoves it has to be a open fire made with your general camping rubbish and debris wood scrumped from the area and as the night draws out any bloody thing you can find that will burn (farmers fence, picnic table, other peoples tents)ok maybe not the tent and i haven't ever burnt a picnic table intentionally as for the fence it was rotten and had already fallen to bits ... and download 2009 was very cold that year . i used to swear by gas (as no bastard lets you have a open fire these days) but since i set my tent on fire (with me in it) last year i seem to have gone of them sum what!

dont really know why i went into so much detail there was just going to do the old yes and no when i started this still gives you all somink to read i guess

look up biolite stoves, all the fun of a wood fire but without smoke and with the ability to se it to light your tent and charge your phone!
