I have to miss next years Dragon as well  there is always the year after.

Yeah, and to be fair, eating paella and drinking San Miguel in Spain (not Majorca as first thought) will go some way to making up for it

My son has decided that for his birthday he wants to see Notts County play.They are playing at home on the Saturday of the Dragon.It will be the first time in my life that I have been to a football match.I think you have the better deal GC.

My wife and sister in law booked a hotel stay for us all in Majorca for the February half term. Guess which weekend it covers... 

I'm not really keen to have any sort of conversation about it. You can all imagine how I feel. And yes of course spending time with my kids is more important, but a little prior consultation would have been desirable.
