Universal Silencers?

Hi, I'm looking at fitting universal silencers to an XBR.......once I've eventually got my downpipes, and just wondered if you still got a good sound from these?

What style of universal silencers are you going for ? I have tried several different ones, Dunstalls they look similar to standard xbr exhausts reasonably loud but with a deep tone, Shorty megas less loud but they sound a little tinny and norton peashooters a nice balance between noise and a good tone, I hope that helps

Been looking at allsorts really....where I'm getting the downpipes from have recommended the norton peashooters, don't fancy the shorty mega ones anyway,  been looking at the reverse cone style brituro which have the dunstall style end....and the flatter long megaphone styles. Thanks for that
