i remember a long time ago when the tamar bridge decided to try and implement a toll for motorcyclists. a whole bunch of bikers spent all day riding accross it, stopping, paying in coppers, going back around and cutting through the traffic. caused absolute mayhem. cant remember how many bikes were involved,but the toll was scrapped the same day.
