Good film, obviously not really about the bike but the development of a revolutionary consciousness.  A broken link to an icon of the 20th century.

RIP Alberto.

Whatever your politics the film does show that Che's (and Alberto's) politics were born of compassion for the plight of the poor of the continent and he did something about it. Surely we can all applaud that?

I think the Motorcycle Diaries is a fantastic film and the shot at the end of the real Alberto is a tear-jerker.
