My mate bought a 1965 Ford Anglia estate today for £300. It runs and drives ok (not that it matters, he has his own car repair business) and just needs painting. It was taken to a body shop four years ago and somehow never ended up being done and the owner lost interest. If he Ebay'd it he would probably get £800+ for it.
He's a jammy git, but he's also a nice guy who deserves his luck.
His ultimate plan is to fit the 70s 2 litre Alfa Romeo engine he has lurking at the back of the garage
