Had a look at that website, what's the difference between a DID x-ring premium gold chain for £104 and the DID Heavy duty x-ring black for £80?

Also it lists spring links for each separately for £5ish is this something that is needed aswell or not (sorry probably a silly question but I've not dealt with a chain since I was 17 and my mate got and fitted it for me then.)

Another question I meant to ask, what sort of mileage do you get to a tank full? I'm on 180 miles now and still not on reserve, can't remember if I put some in from a can since the last proper fill up though.

It will be the quality of the components. If you can stomach the cost, I would recommend a DID VM x-ring chain. Best chain I have come across.
BUT
use a rivet link not a spring link if your bike has the nylon rollers before the front sprocket on the chain run. I have seen and experienced the spring plate wearing and breaking due to the rollers.
