theres a custom enfield build currently going on in 100% biker. the plan is to build a little bobber for under a grand. the guy (odgie) has as his starting point a 1940's girder fork wd enfield 350 that looks like its been an raf bike from the colour. he paid 600 quid for it at an autojumble and is looking to have it built and running for under his target of 1000 quid.

I love Royal Enfields, I used to own a very early model, but those customs dont do anything for me. Each to their own I suppose.

It's good to see something different being done with low-end bikes, but I'll be happy when the fashion for big fat tyres disappears.

Odgie builds a lot of interesting stuff. Have you seen his Speedster? Also he used to campaign the pink Triumph twin under the Anthill Mob banner back in the late 80s/early 90s.

Also started up the National Supertwins.
I used to partake of that.....great fun in the early days of that series.
He also Raced a sidevale Indian.
