That was just a warmup... arrived here this morning 0300 local, around 0600 GMT, after 36 hours of travel, 48 hours since getting up on Thursday morning with only catnaps on bus/aeroplane seats since, still up and it's now coming up on 1400 local, I think I'm too tired to work out how lonmg that is but I'm ready to have a snooze soon! Certainly not working at my optimum 
Will make up for it when I get back
