No offence intended to anyone who didn't get an offer to show bikes at the show. It was a real rushed job and once I'd got the first three bikes then I stopped thinking about having stuff for the stand and go on with sorting out the details. Furry, I was told that you were going to the Thundersprint that weekend and that's why I didn't ask you to show a bike. Plenty of Brit stuff there, as it happens.
Jethro, I have a guilty confession, I have to admit I thought you were joking when you offered the CG...
I guess it turns out I'm as size-obsessed as the next biker.
There were no free tickets to offer to club members as they organisers were restricting them to entrants only and not (as at Stafford) giving out a bundle to clubs.
