Hi Steve, (last name Pallas?) with newish Tenere 660 not sure about your writing there on a little card!
I'm the girl with SRX600 and a bearded boyfriend with oldish Tenere...
Sorry, but the name of the gentleman with the access to manual has complete slipped my mind - too much bitter and good music, could you remind me again.
Many thanks and thank you all for making Dragon brilliant again.

(that hill was piece of P***S)

Aye Fingle,

Seeings I'm reading through this forum, I am assuming I might be the person was naming. Excuse me if this is not correct. If you PM me I shall burn you a CD copy of the manual.

My regards, Bill.

It's me that you met at the Dragon!..............I just use SteveD for ease of use. The chap on our site that I mentioned is Steve Hayward but some of the other guys might pick up your request. Might I suggest that you register with the forum to get the access you require. At least you have made it to this site! If you have any specific questions fire away and I'm sure you will be inundated.
Bill who has already replied to your request also has a wealth of knowledge about the SRX, you are in good hands here! Just ignore some of the banter as some gets a little off track occasionally!! ;D
If I'm not working I'll be away on my bike camping!

"Banter", "Off track"!  ???

Is that the same as "Off message", or "Not quite PC"?  ???

Oh! Sorry, manual, yes, SteveD, my apologies for butting in the conversation earlier and thank you for your generous recommendation. You might not have been as fulsome if you had been in the workshop this weekend as the 'Boy Bros' was being attended to! The parentage and capabilities of Mr Honda's employees was called into question many times!  :o

Toodle pip, Bill.

If you can post on the forum then you are registered. Your user permissions are all ok so you should be able to send a PM. I usually
- Click on the users name that is displayed on the left hand side of the forum posting
- Then click on "Send Personal Message" link which appears in a new menu on the left hand side.

Another option is to click on the Again  below the users name on the left hand side

As for the manual if you PM me I can sort something out which would save Bill the postage.

Aye Steve and Fingle,

Thank you for the offer Steve, if it'll save postage and doesn't interfere, my thanks. I've sent one off today already, to another new visitor.  :)

All the best, Bill.

Not wishing to hi-jack Fingles request, but I can't see Profiles either ?  It would be useful to know where folks are, apart from anything else.  I've been able to send PM';s since day 1, but not see/read Profiles.  I wondered if you had to have so many posts, or have been a Member for a while. ???

Hmmmm you are correct viewing a profile is a different permission, what happens if you click on the icon to send a PM, does that work ?
