That only gets the air out upto the calliper (duh). Getting it out of the calliper itself without a bleed nipple is bloody hard. Trust me I know. 
Remove caliper from fork leg, remove pads, pump piston almost all the way out, rotate caliper so banjo is at the highest point, gently push piston back in while watching reservoir level, watch bubbles come out of reservoir.
