Customising motorcycles is a good thing as it allows the rider to make the bike more suitable for their needs and can be a reflection of their personality and interests, see below... and discuss  :D ;)

I dread to think what a Psycologist would make of that one, you'd hope the guy simply likes carnival floats.

My first thought was how the heck do you wash/maintain it. Guess that says something about me!

Would I be sticking my neck out by assuming this guy only rides down straight roads?  It's pretty obvious that thing will never get round corners, I mean look at it - it's a Harley!

you are all wrong, its a street sweeper disquised to maintain a "clean "look on the streets of Taiwan.
The give away is the white gloves of a civil servant/ dunny attendant.

Nice BSA, I lusted after a wreck with a dustbin in a simulaly wrecked garage near my old flat, cept no-one knew who owned it.  Think it was trashed by people trashing the garages in the end...

Funnily enough, about 30 years ago there was a BSA A10 languishing in a yard near my mate's house. A bloke who lived behind the yard asked everyone he could if they owned it and in the end he just took it and registered it in his name. I doubt it would happen now.
