Hmmm, it needs to have more than just patriotism to be "the best paintjob in the world"! The fairing doesn't blend with the tank/seat. They could be off different bikes other than the shade of green. imho the design should flow more and create a more unified look, 7.5 out of 10 I'm afraid!
How much better would it look if you tilted the line between the green and white, down a little at the front and up a little at the back to follow the line of  the seat unit...
Of course art and design is in the eye of the beerholder

Well he is Welsh aint he?  They seem to get all dewy eyed when the red dragon flutters.  All other considerations fall out of their minds, bit like a dog when a nice bone is waved in front of its nose. 

Have to agree it could have been done a load better, but I guess cost was an issue.

Still I would like it cluttering up the shed
