Paint Stripper...

Hiya

It wouldn't surprise me if this has been covered here before so I apologise for the repetition.

Does anybody know of a paint stripper than can be used on bike plastics? I believe there are products available but I don't know what they are or where to get them. I've been told there's some sort of marine stuff that'll do the trick.

I don't want to waste my hard-earned on the wrong stuff and I've seen the mess Nitromors can make of a side panel. Anybody got any hints?

I think it's an alkaline stripper......not sure where you get it though

I've ordered some paint dissolver stuff that's reported to do the job. I'll give it a go and let you know. It could be a disaster...
