I am time hungry and need assistance!

I have finally got my SRX running, but the major problem it has now is that the fuel tank is rusty inside. I know you can clean them, seal them etc but that is not something I have the experience of doing and I dont have the time to do. 

So, if any club member lives near me (Hackbridge in Souff London) and can possibly assist do please let me know. We can maybe come to some arrangement.

As an alternative option I have scoured eBay but no-one is flogging a tank at the moment. Pah.

Team-Thumper needs your cash!!

I have "PetSealed" the SRX tank in the past, and it was successful (from actually being holed).  I think the stuff cost about 15 or 20 quid. 

I'm in Finchley. (north Finchley actually, just outside the Norff Circ).

My time is also tight, just not as tight as my purse strings!!  Do you need it in a hurry?  Or is this a winter rebuild?  I have solvents to wash it out, and a small vacuum pump to dry it. Its still a bit of a job.

My next 4 or 5 weekends are getting booked up.  Maybe we could meet (ie collect tank) in town?  drop me a line?  a[dot]duncan[at]ich[dot]ucl[dot]ac[dot]uk

If you're in a hurry, best have a bash yourself, but I figure after a 4 year lay up its not absolutely, ball-burstingly urgent
