OK it is not thumper related and drinking cider can seriously damage you license if mixed with a bike. However small scale cider making is part and parcel of life in much of the UK - well West and South West, some in Kent etc... The exemption allows small producers to compete despite their higher unit costs, and allows them to learn rather than making a standard fizzy apple juice drink.
So go on be a sport and sign it, and pass it on to others too.
