XBR fairing
« on: May 14, 2007, 09:04:00 AM »
I posted this picture up (see photos) and it struck me that the little Powerbronze fairing really suits the bike.

Mind you , it probably costs about ten million quid.

I've got a full fairing here for an XBR, but it hasn't been fitted to a bike for 15 years. I can't bring myslef to Ebay it though, it's something to do with the '88 Swiss motorway toll sticker on it and the memory of a lovely drive through Europe.

I had one of those on a GT550 and had loads of issues with wind buffetting, although the riding position was different, obviously. Let me know if you decide to dell the fairing ;-) Or of course if you find any CBX handlbars in your garage ;-)

That looks loads better than the power Bronze fairing I had on mine !
More sporty ,I wonder if they still take the same crappy bulbs , 50 miles to a bulb........
