emergency security
« on: December 21, 2021, 11:51:47 AM »
Probably a well known idea already.... went out on Conda and forgot chain, I only had the big disc padlock. a look in the pannier produced my 30cm adjustable (metric !!) which has a hole in the handle end. So with the spanner poked through front wheel and padlock on the end it was good enough to stop bike being pushed away...    well I was impressed ! it would probably work with an imperial spanner as well

Picture of the spanner `posed` on the terrot, a bit of fiddling can get it quite secure on either back or front wheel, it might even go through a hole in a disc ?
