Big skeins of geese flying north, red kites floating about, ravens performing and cronking, a peregrine fly-by, skylarks singing and battering the seven bells out of each other! Spring is sprung and the snow is on its way! 

Lamb leg steaks, pan fried, with a garlic, lemon and thyme sauce, peas, broad beans, carrots and potatoes, with ice cream and red currants to follow! Tasty, very tasty!
