Out for a canter around Fife, chasing the 'Flying Scotsman' and her rake of carriages, with tag along diesel thing at the rear!

A magnificant sight everywhere we saw her and even in "amble gear", with the regulator knocked back, making good progress. We covered 160 miles dittering about!

Arrived back home just afore the heavy showers, having picked up a couple of Thai green currys on the way home. Oh, so tasty, with a double hopped lager from Caledonian Breweries new range of brews (stocked by T***O up here) and followed by home grown and stewed rhubarb, with ginger yoghurt.

NW200 looked good, despite the weather. Thank you for the "heads up" Tim.
Mr McGuinness appears to have been a lucky chap to get off so lightly, I hope he mends well and nobody holds a gun to his head to return to the roads. Time and himself will tell.

My regards, Bill
