hmmmm... had a few crap bikes in my time....  the one that I had to kick half to death to start, had piss poor lights and hardly went atall in the wet ..... 150cc rigid BSA Bantam...  (pater gave me his old trench coat that he used to wear when we went out on the prewar Sunbeam outfit which was our family transport. now this coat was fine, warm and almost waterproof, but the flaps which I'd tuck between my knees on the bantam, when wet, would occasionally touch the plug, and I'd get a belt round my neck via the soggy bit of towelling used to stop rain getting inside ... I bloody hated that bike... commuting between home in Surrey and RAF Benson on Oxfordshire... no wonder I didn't go home very often).
Best bike ... it's a toss up...  I had a lovely Bultaco when I lived in cornwall, commuted 40 mile round trip from home to RAF St Mawgan, loads of fun... also during that time I had a Yamaha YF1... 50cc, bit like a fizzie without the pedals, my first jap bike, and I was amazed at the excellent engineering and it's sheer unbreakability.
But I have to say that my number 1 SRX6 is the best bike I've owned (and still do) along with the other 7 that I've had, fettled and sold

Worst bike almost certainly my first -a CZ125 I had it for a couple of years and must have pushed the bastard as far as I rode it. But I guess it must be my favourite as well coz it led me into a life of biking  always having a bike , always riding and now making a living out of bikes ! Would I have another one ? Not if I had to ride it !

very difficult choice for me,  but i really enjoyed my bloop (completed the Beamish TT on it) and the gn250`s are great as they are so usable,   but probably would choose my first ironhead sportster, i did about 70 thousand miles on it and only thing that broke was the oil pump, and it would do well over 120mph..

worst bike,....   honda cb350 took it back to the dealer in bits after it holed the second piston
Gn250,CG125, Terrot 125,st70

I have had lots of bikes, probably too many to list, but my favourate bike is my XBR, probably because I have owned it the longest and have done so much to it, the worst I have owned was my VF750 S, it looked great but it was so badly designed, c of g was way too high, the soft suspension didnt work with the shaft drive, so that when you accelerated out of a corner the back end jacked up a long way which threw the c of g even further out. I crashed it 3 times and ended up with a shattered wrist, my friend who I lent it to ended up in intensive care of a couple of weeks
