Yes they were called dustbin fairings and that's where they should reside IMHO. They totally spoil the lines of what is usually a lovely looking bike underneath it, granted the sr in ?? Is a "race bike" hence the need for the aerodynamics. Which funny enough leads onto a completely different thread. Which I must say I have enjoyed reading, although it has made my brain ache a fair bit. Oh life can be a drag sometimes
