Yesterday evening a 19 year old in a Vauxhall Corsa did this a quarter of a mile from my house into the front of a Range Rover.
Range Rover occupants have minor injuries, the 19 year old has left devastated family and friends!

I see the same thing every day, with riders, cars and artics 'apexing' corners, the bike just about on the left of the line whilst the whole of the upper body is over the line. No chance! Apexing is for the track, keep it wide on the road and slow in, fast out, if you must.
Go canny, Bill.
