Contrary to what the seller says I think it needs the minimum of restoration and should be left as close to as-is as is possible - it looks as if it has seen some use and life and would be a shame to loose it all under several thousands of pounds worth of new parts and restored paint etc.
Mmmmm could take it apart and add to the list?

I think this might the bike tooooooo far if i bought it. I did see it earlier on ebay sigh, still there is always the lottery tonight
I agree "as is" condition would be soooooooo much better than a complete rebuild.
