Glad to say my cast came off today. No pushing or pulling for @ 6 weeks. Wrist very stiff and painful after 5 weeks being immobile but improving every time I force it past its previous best. at least I should be able to drive my van by the weekend so Dent will be less of a struggle not having to rely on trains. I look forward to seeing you all there. Mart

Aye Martyn,
Pleased to read that your are on the mend. Hope all the bits settle in nicely and you can get back on those indoor walls for a bit of a warm up soon.
Regards, Bill

Find yourself a physio who knows what you want / need to do - can make all the difference. (The Boss says I should say 'will' make all the difference - but being as she is a physio she is biased)
Glad you are on the mend

Well done Mart!
An impressive effort to go to the AR.
I wont be there sadly, but would buy you a pint if I were. Or walk to the bar anyway, and loudly proclaim that Martyn needs a beer....!
Cheers, hope the healing contiues anabated.

Well done matey, great news.
Mind you, this is all a bit of an extreme way of getting out of putting your own tent up isn't it??
