Gone over to the dark side
« on: December 15, 2025, 04:39:09 PM »
My latest steed is a 1978 BMW R80/7 with 35k, and unmolested or restored.
Technically it’s a twin of course, but I prefer to see it as a double thumper!
In view of that do I have permission to remain on the forum?
(I still have my BMW G310gs single).

Oh, go on then. You can stay 😁
Looks like a cracking bike Kevin. Hopefully many happy miles to come on it. Once the sun starts shining again 👍
Cheers, Michael

Looks very tidy Kev. Should be ideal for the lanes around where you live.

Looks good. I've never got on with BMs partly because I'm always worried my size 12s will get stuck under the carbs / cylinders. Daft I know but......
