A few years ago, coming back from a Round Britain Rally event, I noticed a bike behind me as we approached red lights, then in my mirror I saw him swerve across the road, stopping in the RH filter lane, the lights changed, so I did a U turn and went back to see what the problem was.
The torque arm retaining bolt had come out, so when he operated the rear brake, the caliper followed the disc until the hose went tight  :( locking the back wheel.
We dragged the bike to the LH lane and I had to open the bleed valve to release the rear caliper.
luckily I wasn't far from home, so we went there slowly, fitted a new bolt, bled the rear caliper, had some lunch together, then off he went...happy  ;D
