Im not sure how many turns, as I havnt set it yet. When I took the carb off the bike to fit a new manifold, (from NRP, as the original one had a split along its length), I noticed that the pilot screw was a full four turns out. This definitely is excessive, as it should be somewhere between one and a half and three I'm guessing. I've put the carb back on with it set to two turns out as a starting point, but haven't got round to checking it yet.
The XBR manual recommends two and three quarter. As soon as I figure it out, I'll post it on this thread.
Anybody else out there know the answer?
