Hi blokes and blokesses, I would like to introduce myself as a newbie, love the big trailies of the single pot variety, Iv'e had KLR's, TTR's honda plops to hard tail chops. At the moment riding a CCM R35 with the hope of expanding my collection of not your everyday bikes. I am looking to buy a honda GB500 or a italian/spanish supermoto, if I can assist with any info on the CCM R35 don't hesitate to ask. John

Hi John, welcome to the nuthouse!

The GB is a nice bike but sadly the Classic crowd have now discovered them and prices for really nice examples are getting a bit silly - I heard of a minter going for nearly £4K recently!  ....not bad for an XBR in an Armani suit!  ;D

You do get a few on Ebay that are runners in need of cosmetics, in fact our esteemed  leader GC sold one the other month for rather more senseable money. Many (but not all) XBR parts are the same and the workshop manual can be downloaded for free.

I looked at the CCM R35 at the Boston Bike night a couple of years ago, very nice bike for a Sunday blast.
