As the title says the Brown stuff and the Fan made their feared connection this afternoon!
My bike and car licence is on a tenuous grant due to the medical system.
There was a slight "Incident" that, although not witnessed by Johnny Law I am required to surrender the licence to the DVLA again
. Legally I could get away with it until it happens in publice but i care too much for my life and that of anybody else invbolved in what could be a serious injury, or even loss of life situation. I'm not going to spend time agomising over it all and the licence is in the postbox this evening. I no longer ride or drive motor vehicles.
End result is that I'll be selling the three bikes i Have at the moment..
1989 Honda XBR 500 SJ in very good condition, 1996 Kawasaki KLR 650 C-2, new MOT a few weeks ago and again in Very good condition but with a dodgy odometer! and the third one is a lovely Yellow Honda SLR 650, 1997 model, in excellent condition with the front sprocket upped a bit for better main road speeds and MOT until May 2011.
I'm not going to give these away as they cost me plenty and are all good bikes but I'll pop them on the For Sale board in the next day or so and see if anybody has taste and money!
Back to cycling again if I sell them.
Sad day, frustrating too
