Sitting in my house thinking that the small bore copper pipe for heating really doesn't work very well.

Combine the two - small bore copper catheter carrying warm fluid to and from your multiple bladders....

I have seen the Astronaut undersuits at the space centre in Leicester.Unfortunately they didn't seem to have any in bat fastard sizes.
