newbie ?

just wondering if this is the place for me ?

had a ccm 640rs for seven years, too old and creaky to ride it far but like to take to roads without any paint on for a bimble, occasionally a bit hooliganish when provoked by sportsbikes. Bodge it myself, clean it occasionally, do the odd rally (usually on the other bike), have been known to get arseholed.

I would just like to say that now the interview has finished you have got the job of newbie to the Thumperclub! Perfect CV there, though the "clean it occassionally" bit was a bit of dangerous thing to admit.

One should never underestimate the benefits gained from hosing off one's pheasant .Best done early in the morning with cold water .

And welcome from me too.  Sounds like you'll fit in perfectly.

I've blotted my copybook already by having an SRX 400 which is much too clean, but the others still talk to me!  ;)

Enjoy the nuthouse.

I've taken to hosing off my pheasant into the compost bin. Get a few odd looks from the neighbors but when I shout over "It's OK I'm just choking this c0ck bird!" they usually retreat fairly swiftly.

By the sounds of it Crispy you should fit right in. All you have to do now is pay your subs........er! sorry no you don't........er! maybe.....yes er! no............it'll come back to me. That's it you log into the forum and you're in.

As the song says "You can check out any time you like, but you can never leave". Now where did I leave the TC Prospect branding iron?

Welcome Crispy.

There'll be at least one winter meet, so if want to see what this lot are like with alchohol on top of whatever it is they usually take, keep an eye on the board.

You do like pickled eggs with your chile vodka don't you? ;D
