New menu approach

When you view a topic you will notice I have now put a dropdown list contain all the options and a 'go' button.
If this proves to be clearer than the current text I'll convert the other menus.

Hi There

Initial thoughts.  Looks tidy.

In use.  Ok when the post so far is short as the drop down is at the top, once the postings take you down a screens worth you have to scroll back up to find the menu rather than the current button at the end of the postings.  Have to select and then hit "go" rather than just clicking on the button.  OK I am a lazy sod, and I did sit cursing my steam driven Mac / dial up / NTL etc for a bit before I remembered I had to click "Go".

SO I like the look, but the current functionality could do with a little process improvement?

Ohy and whilst I am at it - thanks for the time effort etc you put in for us I tend to forget that all this stuff takes time and effort to set up rather than happening by magic.

Yup, would be nice to have one at the bottomn of the thread. Otherwise very neat :-)

Ok thanks for that. Its a reasonable amount of work so I didnt want to spend ages if it didnt work for people. I'll sort the bottom menu and then move onto the others, dont hold your breath though.
