To comply with one of the features of the Risk assessment and H&S policy I will require all participants to sign in if members or register as temporary members, this will cover the club. Anyone turning up without a ticket will be able to buy at the registration point, this will enable me to adjust catering as appropriate.
The big garage at the side of the camping field will be available for drying gear if necessary, I am in the process of finding out the nearest laaundrette as well (hopefully we will not need this facility). Wendy up at the farmhouse will aslo accommodate drying but her facilities are limited.
