Knee still very troublesome but variable and not yet in a state I can trust it to hold me & the bike up. But I'm told it can take up to 6 months (or even longer). I never thought I'd have any sympathy for footballers - apparently it's a common injury for them.

Looks pretty good, as the engine is based on the Shineray/SWM engine that was used in the XBR in 500 form so the pedigree is not bad. Hope you have managed to get out a bit on your Herald, Iansoady and that your knee is on the mend. (I have found that mine benefits from being used rather than rested, the knee that is, not my bikes but I think it applies to those as well)
